DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing activities performed by certified nursing assistants in accordance with current policies, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility.  Will perform administrative, charting, documentation, drug administration and personnel functions as assigned.

Must be a graduate of an approved LPN program and have successfully passed the Illinois Licensure examination and currently be licensed in the State of Illinois.  A pre-employment physical background check and drug screen are required.

DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
Serves as Resident Engineer (RE) for various road and bridge, drainage and similar projects; performs technical research and computations; develops solutions to engineering problems; coordinates with others to accomplish assigned tasks; may supervise others in engineering and related fields. Knowledge of computer software - examples include but are not limited to: Word, Excel, Microstation, GeoPak, Total Station; performs other duties as assigned or required.

Graduate in Civil Engineering, B.S. degree from accredited college or university. Registered as E.I.T. or S.I.T. in Illinois or ability to obtain within one year. Discipline in transportation (roadway and bridge construction), construction layout, land surveying.

BACKGROUND:

Assistant to the Will County Public Defender concentrated in the defense of indigent individuals appointed by Circuit Court Judges and Associate Judges in criminal and quasi-criminal proceedings. Includes generally, representation of clients in juvenile, mental health commitment, misdemeanor, traffic, felony and criminal contempt proceedings and related maters as assigned, using knowledge of criminal law, departmental, County of Will and the Circuit Courts of Will County policies, rules, standards and practices, including the rules of conduct and procedure as found in the statutes of the State of Illinois and the rules of the Illinois Supreme Court.
