Will County DOT Schedules Public Hearings for Will Connects 2040
The Will County Division of Transportation (WC DOT) will release the Will Connects 2040 Plan on the project website (www.WillConnnects2040.org) on September 21, 2016 for a 30-day comment period, ending November 2, 2016. The WC DOT invites the public to review the Will Connects 2040 Plan, provide comment, and attend a Public Hearing. The Public Hearings are scheduled for:

About Will Connects 2040:
Launched in early 2015, the Long Range Transportation Plan known as "Will Connects 2040" considers all forms of transportation, including roads, transit (bus and commuter rail), bicycle and pedestrian, aviation, intermodal networks, and freight (truck, rail, and waterborne). The Will Connects 2040 planning process provides an opportunity for the County to evaluate the current transportation system and future transportation needs and challenges. The Will Connects 2040 Plan identifies priority improvements for county roadways and for partner agency systems.
