Will County Home Consortium, in conjunction with Will County Center for Community Concerns, created the Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program to help improve access to housing by making homes affordable and in reach for those earning less than 80% Area Meadian Income. This program is designed to assist income eligible individuals purchasing homes within Will County with up to $25,000 of Down Payment, Closing Costs and Gap Purchase assistance.
